How long will my order take to arrive?
As all how products are individually hand poured, We aim to have a turnaround time of 10 days, from point of sale to delivery. However in some cases they may arrive sooner.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, refunds can only be offered on damaged or faulty goods. If you simply do not like the scent you have purchased, please do not use it, return it within 14 days and we can offer store credit up to the same order value. Please note that the return postage must be paid by yourselves and we accept no responsibility for damage during its return to us.
Where do you ship?
At this moment we only ship within the UK. We do hope to ship internationally in the near future.
What are the average burn times of your candles?
We recommend to burn your candle in a draught free room with windows closed to maximise burn time and to stop the flame from flickering as this can decrease burn time. On average an approximate burn time for the 30cl candles is of 45+ hours .
My candle has arrived broken. What should i do?
We are sorry your candle has arrived damaged! Please send photo of the damage within 3 days of receiving your goods and we can send a replacement out to you.
Do you make custom orders?
Yes! Just get in touch via email or the contact us form with what you would like and we can discuss ideas.
Do you make wedding favours?
Yes! we are happy to make bespoke candles for your special day. Just get in touch via email or the contact us form and we can discuss ideas.
